"In 1996, California voters approved Proposition 215, allowing the medicinal use of marijuana on a doctor's recommendation...Well, now the law has been changed, and now it's the Kalifornia Kops who are breaking the law, singling out and prosecuting anti-Prohibition authors like the desperately ill Peter McWilliams and 1998 California gubernatorial candidate Steve Kubby (who actively campaigned for Prop 215), the latter an adrenal cancer survivor whose doctors say he is alive today only due to medicinal marijuana, but who has been driven into bankruptcy, seen his wife miscarry a child, and been brought within hours of dying, himself, due to deprivation of medical care ... all as these Fearless Drug Warriors demonstrate that changing the law won't stop their insane, 65-year rampage."

·        He is a competent Citizen, and ordained Saint. A follower of our Savior YaHShUa the Messiah, the son of YaHWeH, he has been called to assist whenever necessary, and administer the Holy Spirit which is  given him through our Savior, by our Father in grace and Love.

The United States Constitution Bill Of Rights Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an  ablishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

We, the Members of MARIJUANA  MINISTRIES declare that the United States is the largest drug-using nation in the world. Americans use drugs so common to all
of us all that we don't give them a second thought. We use caffinated beverages, alcohol, tobacco and over the counter medicines like aspirin. To attain an altered state of being, some of us use other methods like running, religion, sex or even chocolate candy.

While most Americans will not acknowledge that we are a drug taking species, MARIJUANA MINISTRIES is honest about drug use. We declare there is no shame in consuming the plant Cannabis Sativa L for medicine, food, fuel, fiber paper, clothing, or to attain a state of well being or euphoria.

We call for an end to the persecution and prosecution of peaceful hemp users by the Government and the People of OREGON. We are for the greater part hardworking, nonviolent, and productive members of society. Government has no right invading our homes and private lives, enforcing personal moralities or waging WAR on its own citizens.

We call for an end to the War on Cannabis-- a war with real soldiers, real weapons, real prisoners and real casualties. A war financed by taxpayers. A war that has failed and can never be won.

We call for an end to misinformation campaigns taught in our schools about drug use and the coercion of confession from our children by trusted police officers.

We declare ourselves free of the stigma associated with hemp use that didn't exist until the 1930's. We shall practice responsible activism and civil disobedience to abolish the victimless crime of cannabis consumption.
