Veterans Association The Murder of Brother Daniel Much has transpired since Dr. Alexander Sumach reported in the January 1995 issue of Cannabis Culture Magazine on The Murder of Brother Daniel Since then, the Hamilton-Wentworth Regional Police solved the Murder, with our appreciation and thanks. The murderer-robber is currently serving a 10 year sentence for second degree murder. His accomplace plead guilty to theft and break and enter but was sentenced to only 3 years in jail because he co-operated with the police which helped to force a guilty plea from the murderer. Brother Daniel was the victim of a Home invasion by people he knew and recognized and was murdered because he knew them. Brother Daniel was brutally murdered in the early morning
hours of October 19, 1994, just hours after the
R.C.M.P. had left his Brother Daniel had been the target of the Mounties in Had he lived, Brother Daniel's skill in legal-self-defence would have been applied to his defence that the police violated the law and the Constitution by not arresting him the first time they set-up and witnessed a violation of the law. Would they set-up and then watch a rape take place several times just in order to make 3 counts against the rapist to make their case look more important and the violator more dangerous as they do to federal non-criminal drug violators under the Narcotic Control Act and the Controlled Drug and Substance Act. Reference: The Truth about Canada's Marijuana Laws. Our Brother Daniel died in part because he had no police protection, notwithstanding the fact that he was under servelliance at the time and surrounded by a whole team of Mounties just hours before. The Cops are in the wrong. Since the Decision of Mr. Justice McCart was
released in 1997 the Police and Federal Crown Prosecutor have had no
reasonable and probable grounds and/or just cause to justify acting against
anyone for an offence under Canada's Federal Non-Criminal Drug
Regulations "R. vs Hauser (1979)",
let alone scheme against and attempt to entrap a Minister, with the intention
of obstructing and arresting him under the guise of executing a civil process
against him under Canada's Drug Regulations contrary to the provisions of
Section 172. of the Criminal Code of We miss our Brother Daniel. Be well and prosper. |
