"Marijuana is less harmful than alcohol and tobacco"
Order and Ruling of Mr. Justice McCart, pronounced August
14, 1997 in the Supreme Court of Ontario at London.
This Ruling simply means that since it was made, there exists no reasonable
or probable grounds upon which the authorities can maintain laws against
marijuana and/or act against anyone no more than they can act in any way
against alcohol
and/or tobacco users.
Therefore, the Marijuana laws of Canada are unconstitutional and of no
force or effect as they violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
Sections 1., (they are unjustified) 7. (Deprives liberty and security of the
person), 15(1) (denies equality with other drug users, ie. alcohol and
tobacco), 24.(1) and 52.(1) (The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of
Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the
Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.)

Subject: Weight-loss
Hello Friends,
Are there any church members who in their profession, or experience, have
free knowledge/advice/guidance they could share with me on how I can loose
some serious weight ?
I've tried all the usual ways and
I'm not having any luck at all and
I'm
actually getting down-right depressed about it. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
That's probably a pretty strange
request to ask of you, but when I think of
‘church’ I think of more than theology. I think of a collective of folks who
are caring and concerned for each others well-being and who are willing to
help/assist others in the church with their goals.
Regardless, I thought it was worth a shot. Thank you in advance for your

Subject: Church FAQ "We Cover our Heads in Court etc."
I am writing to express my gladness at your courageous mission.
I myself would consider the wearing of yamulka etc. a mitzvot, and entirely
appropriate.
Would a judge take off his robe to speak to you? Is the subtle message in
denying others their offices? I do not know - but I will be more conscious of
this myself in the future, and will share this e-mail with other brothers. I
believe you could be on top of an important precedent here, with deeper
implications, and should have the unanimous support both in voice and action
of clergy worldwide.
